This sweet ruffle neck dress features an old-fashioned hi-lo waist and ruffle neckline with overlap back detail, the softer than soft cotton/spandex fabric has just the right amount of stretch. The perfect silhouette for little tummies. Pair with legging and a cardigan to complete the look. Falls below-mid-thigh.
